Delivery time
The delivery time of your product depends on the available stock.
The stock and delivery time are stated for each item on the product detail page.
- If the product is in stock, the delivery time is 1-2 working day(s).
- If the product is not in stock in our warehouse, we will order it from our supplier. As a result, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Deviating delivery times during the holidays
There is no delivery during national holidays. This may differ per country.

Delivery time
The stock and delivery time are stated for each item. For items that we have in stock, the following applies: ordered on working days before 12:00, delivered the next day. If it is not a stock item, we have to order the item from the supplier and are dependent on their delivery speed.

Returning your products
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form (download the model form) or the form below, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return of custom products
Products purchased via Your Decoration's "Custom Size Photo Frames" are custom made according to the specifications entered by you. In that case, the right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement, from us. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
